The invention relates to a garden path structure and a paving construction technology thereof. The garden path structure comprises a roadbed, a bedding course, a base course, a surface course and road teeth, wherein the roadbed is located at the bottommost layer of a garden path and is compacted by a concrete base; 2-3% of a transverse slope is formed on the roadbed; road tooth bases are arranged on two sides of the roadbed; the bedding course is a structural layer arranged between the roadbed and the base course; the base course is located on the bedding course and filled with water-permeable granules to be 6-15 cm in thickness; the surface course is arranged at the topmost layer of the garden path and is a structural layer in direct contact with wheels or human feet and the atmosphere; a transverse drainage slope is formed on the surface of the surface course; a road hump is arranged on the cross section of the surface course; the surface of the surface course is favorable in flatness, roughness and water permeability; the road teeth are arranged on the road tooth bases. The garden path adopting the structure is relatively high in strength and rigidity, and good in water permeability, the adopted paving technology is high in efficiency, the construction cost is low and complaints from customers are reduced.
