Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for directly extracting high-purity vanadium pentoxide from stone coal vanadium ore. The method comprises the following steps: 1) after stone coal vanadium ore is crushed, performing ore dressing treatment so as to obtain vanadium concentrate; 2) maturing the vanadium concentrate with concentrated acid under conditions of low temperature and low acid, and leaching the matured vanadium concentrate with water so as to obtain a vanadium leaching solution; 3) after oxidization-neutralization treatments are perfomred on the vanadium leaching solution, performing adsorption with alkalescent anion exchange resin, and then performing desorption with a caustic soda solution so as to obtain a vanadium desorption solution; 4) ageing the vanadium desorption solution so as to obtain an aging solution; 5) purifying the aging solution with soluble calcium salt or/and soluble magnesium salt so as to obtain a purifying solution; and 6) adding ammonium salt into the purifying solution so as to precipitate the vanadium, washing precipitation, drying the washed precipitation, and calcining the dried precipitation so as to obtain the vanadium pentoxide. The technology disclosed by the invention is an organic whole, a part of impurities is removed by each step, so that the purity of a final product of the vanadium pentoxide is ensured, and the high-purity vanadium pentoxide can be directly extracted from the stone coal vanadium ore.
