Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for monitoring and analyzing microflorae of a pipeline biological membrane of a drinkable water pipe network. The method includes the following steps that firstly, sampling and stationing are performed; secondly, samples are collected; thirdly, the samples are preprocessed; fourthly, DNA is extracted; fifthly, a real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR is performed; sixthly, high-throughput sequencing is performed; seventhly, a database is established; eighthly, the species and the abundance of potential pathogenic microorganisms are analyzed. The method can monitor and analyze different types of microflorae of the pipeline biological membrane of a certain drinkable water network pipeline, and the species and the abundance of potential pathogenic microorganisms of the pipe network biological membrane are determined. In the aspect of detection of the drinkable water pipeline biological membrane, compared with a traditional cultivation method, the method has the advantages of being short in detection time and comprehensive in analysis result. The method has great significance in thoroughly evaluating the risk of the potential microorganisms of the drinkable water pipe network of a system and optimizing pipeline arrangement.
