Method for selecting candidate genetic markers of disease resistance of Anhui indigenous weaned pigs

The invention discloses a method for selecting candidate genetic markers of disease resistance of Anhui indigenous weaned pigs. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a contrast animal model; (2) collecting a sample; (3) extracting ear tissue DNA; (4) carrying out PCR amplification on TLR4 target segments; (5) carrying out SSCP analysis; (6) carrying out bi-directional sequencing on the product of PCR amplification; (7) analyzing the population genetic properties; (8) measuring serum immuneindexes; and (9) analyzing the relevance between the detected TLR4 gene heritable variation and the serum immuneindexes by adopting a mathematic model, and analyzing the differences among the serum immuneindexes of the different verities. The method aims at searching for the effective genetic markers relevant to the disease-resistant characters of the Anhui indigenous pigs, thus providing molecular biology references for the researches on the germplasm resource characters and the breeding for disease resistance of the Anhui indigenous pigs.
