Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an enzyme capable of directly and chemically synthesizing glucose in starch inside and outside human bodies. The enzyme comprises starch, water, and barley malt urase. Starch added with warm water is mixed with barley malt urase to form paste or blocks, the mixture is in combination reaction under catalysis and hydrolysis of barley malt urase, so as to enable starch to absorb water molecules to chemically synthesize into glucose and maltose, and the maltose is finally hydrolyzed into glucose under catalysis of barley malt urase to generate energy, so that nutritional requirements of all tissues of human bodies are met and glucose is finally oxidized and hydrolyzed into carbon dioxide and water. |
