The invention further provides the soybean genetic transformation method which includes the following step that genetic transformation is conducted on the soybean explants obtained through any method of the above methods. According to the soybean genetic transformation method, soybean cotyledons at different periods are selected to serve as the explants, the transformation cycle is shortened, and soybean transformation efficiency is improved. The soybean genetic transformation method has significant application value for soybean genetic transformation.
