Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a reaction device for synthesizing a cephalosporin product by means of an enzymic method. The reaction device comprises a reaction kettle which is internally provided with a stirring paddle, wherein the bottom of the reaction kettle is provided with a screen, the upper side and the lower side of the screen are respectively provided with a sintering plate, the bottom of the reaction kettle is connected with a reaction kettle discharging system, the reaction kettle discharging system is connected with a material liquid conveying system A, a nitrogen valve is arranged between the reaction kettle discharging system and material liquid conveying system A, the material liquid conveying system A is connected with a flat-panel filtering system, a nitrogen valve is arranged between the flat-panel filtering system and the material liquid conveying system A, the flat-panel filtering system is connected with a material liquid conveying system B, the material liquid conveying system B is connected with a reaction kettle feeding control valve, and the reaction kettle feeding control valve is connected to the upper part of the reaction kettle. By adopting the reaction device, the material liquid can be circulated in the reaction process, a product in the reaction process is filtered and taken out, the reaction rate can be effectively increased, and the problem that the enzymically synthesized cephalosporin product is difficult to separate from enzyme can be solved.
