Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device for extracting rhododendron pigment. The device for extracting rhododendron pigment comprises an extracting device, a filtering device, an extracting solution storage tank, a reduced-pressure concentration device and a spray drying device which are arranged in sequence, wherein a heat exchanger is arranged between the reduced-pressure concentration device and the extracting device, a heat exchange tube is arranged in the extracting solution storage tank, an inlet of the heat exchange tube is connected with an air outlet of the reduced-pressure concentration device, an outlet of the heat exchange tube is connected with a thermal fluid inlet of the heat exchanger, a cold fluid inlet of the heat exchanger is connected with an outlet of an extractant storage tank, and a cold fluid outlet and a thermal fluid outlet of the heat exchanger are connected with an extractant inlet of the extracting device. In the technical scheme, heat energy of steam in the reduced-pressure concentration device is recycled, an extracting solution and an extractant are preheated to achieve heat preservation/preheating and heating of the extractant before reduced-pressure concentration of the extracting solution, accordingly energy is saved, and production cost is reduced. |
