Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an alkyd resin-based bituminous waterproof sheet material which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 81 to 90 parts of bitumen, 2 to 4 parts of alkyl ketene dimer, 0.4 to 1 part of alpha-bromo cinnamic aldehyde, 2 to 3 parts of polypropylene adipate, 1 to 2 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 26 to 30 parts of graphite powder, 0.3 to 1 part of sodium antimonate, 20 to 30 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 30 to 40 parts of a 6% NaOH solution, 6 to 10 parts of alkaline lignin, 2 to 3 parts of epoxy chloropropane, 2 to 3 parts of cetylic acid, 3 to 4 parts of phthalic anhydride, 2 to 3 parts of glycerol, and 0.3 to 0.5 part of Chinese vegetable tallow. As alkaline lignin and polyvinylpyrrolidone are mixed, the mixture is epoxidized to enhance the molecular crosslinking degree of alkaline lignin, the epoxidized mixture is added into an alkyd resin system formed by mixing palmitic acid, phthalic anhydride, glycerol and Chinese vegetable tallow to effectively improve the insulativity, the mechanical property, the thermal stability and the tackiness of the finished product, and graphite powder is added finally for mixing to further improve the abrasion resistance of the finished product. |
