Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an environment-friendly wall thermal insulation composite material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 55 parts of cement, 120 to 145 parts of quartz sand, 40 to 55 parts of slaked lime, 12 to 17 parts of micro silicon powder, 10 to 30 parts of methyl silicone oil, 120 to 150 parts of deionized water, 35 to 55 parts of emulsifier, 58 to 75 parts of water repellent, 15 to 20 parts of reinforcing fiber, 13 to 18 parts of auxiliary agent, and 25 to 35 parts of wood pulp fiber. In the provided preparation method, methyl emulsified silicone oil is added on the surface of tobermorite crystal to form a layer of waterproof membrane on the crystal surface, thus ideal tobermorite crystal particles can be obtained through reactions, and a superlight calcium silicate thermal insulation material with good hydrophobicity can be obtained. Then under the functions of water repellent, the optimal conditions of forming of tobermorite crystal and waterproof membrane formed by the methyl emulsified silicone oil can be achieved. Finally, the hydrophobic calcium silicate plate and fiber cement plate are adhered together to form the environment-friendly wall thermal insulation composite material. The environment-friendly wall thermal insulation composite material has the advantages of good economic benefit, energy saving, environment-friendliness, good thermal insulation effect, and convenience for construction. |
