Method for culturing halophile films

The invention discloses a method for culturing halophile films. The method comprises the steps that under the conditions that the salinity ranges from 1% to 25%, pH ranges from 6.0 to 9.0, and the temperature ranges from 10 DEG C to 40 DEG C, high-salt environment samples serve as halophile flora sources, and film forming culturing is conducted after mixed enrichment culturing; during film forming culturing, the dissolved oxygen is controlled to be 0.5-1.0 mg/L and then gradually increased to be 1.0-2.0 mg/L and 2.0-4.0 mg/L so that the halophile flora can gather and be attached to the surface of padding or a carrier to form the halophile films. By means of the method, the halophile films can be cultured on the 1%-25% salt environment, and efficient decomposing can be conducted on pollutants in waste water under the condition that the salt concentration ranges from 1% to 25%.
