Elevator load test device and test method thereof

The invention provides an elevator load test device and a test method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of elevator detection. The elevator load test device and method solve the problem that an existing elevator load is inconvenient to detect. The elevator load test device comprises a hydraulic controller, display instruments and at least one hydraulic ejector rod. The hydraulic ejector rods comprise hydraulic cylinders fixed to guide rails in a lift shaft and supporting rods which are connected into the hydraulic cylinders in a sliding manner and can stretch out and draw back downwards. The free ends of the supporting rods are used for abutting against the top of an elevator lift car. The hydraulic controller is connected with the hydraulic cylinders. Pressure sensors for acquiring data of force applied on the elevator lift car by the supporting rods are connected to the supporting rods. The display instruments are electrically connected with the pressure sensors. The elevator load test device accurately controls the hydraulic ejector rod to apply force on the elevator lift car from top to bottom through the hydraulic controller to simulate the load borne by an elevator, and the load data of the elevator can be easily, fast and accurately obtained; and the elevator load test device and method are suitable for overload protection device tests, balance coefficient tests and static traction tests.
