Film placement device of film cooling machine

The invention relates to a film placement device of a film cooling machine. The device comprises a machine frame, a first rotating shaft, a driving block, a fixed placement frame, a movable placement frame, an air cylinder and an air cylinder fixing base. The fixed placement frame and the movable placement frame are provided with a plurality of free carrier rollers. The upper end of the fixed placement frame is hinged to the machine frame through the first rotating shaft. One end of the driving block is connected with the fixed placement frame. The other end of the driving block is connected with a motor through a connecting rod mechanism. The connecting rod mechanism drives the driving block to do reciprocating film placement movement. A connecting rod is arranged between the upper portions of the fixed placement frame and the movable placement frame. One end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the fixed placement frame, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the movable placement frame. The air cylinder fixing base is arranged on one side of the lower portion of the fixed placement frame. The air cylinder is hinged to the air cylinder fixing base. The end of a piston rod of the air cylinder is hinged to the lower portion of the movable placement frame. The problem of film blocking of the film placement device can be completely eradicated.
