The cabin filling device structurally comprises an installation base capable of being connected with the working arm of the excavator. A rotating device is arranged on the installation base. A horizontally-arranged core rod is arranged below the installation base. The back end of the core rod is connected with the rotating device. The core rod can horizontally rotate relative to the installation base through the rotating device or locked below the installation base. The wire-rod cabin filling combining device has the beneficial effect that wire rods can be transported into a hidden cabin of a cabin in a forked manner for cabin filling operation without scratching the surfaces of the wire rods.
