Whether a control circuit connected with the movable electrode (2) is communicated or not is controlled by the judgment whether a bag is inserted into the ash discharge mouth (1) or not, so that a relay connected to the circuit is drive to work; then, a control circuit for controlling the working of a motor of the ash discharge mouth is connected or disconnected through a contact electrode controlled by the relay, and the action of an air cylinder is controlled through the contact electrode to drive a sliding gate to open and close an ash discharge opening of the ash discharge mouth (1), so that the ash discharge mouth cannot spray ash when no bag is inserted.
