The invention discloses a vehicle air intake control system and method, and a vehicle provided with the system. The vehicle air intake control system comprises an air intake pipe, an intake regulating valve and a control unit. The air intake pipe is used for receiving air flow, and comprises a first branch and a second branch, wherein the outlet of the first branch is located towards a radiator of the vehicle, and the outlet of the second branch is communicated with an engine of the vehicle. The intake regulating valve is arranged in the air intake pipe and at the inlets of the first and second branches. The control unit is used for controlling the intake regulating valve so as to adjust the intake distribution of the first and second branches in a real-time manner. By employing the different branches of the air intake pipe, the vehicle air intake control system can provide the air flow used for cooling the radiator of the vehicle, the air flow meets air intake demands, and the system can adjust the intake distribution of the different branches in a real-time manner, so that cooling demands of the radiator and the intake demands of the engine can be better balanced.
