Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a demolding method and device for a high-precision injection molding piece. The demolding method comprises the following demolding steps that firstly, parts of fixed mold inserts inside a fixed mold are separated from a product, and the rest of fixed mold inserts make contact with the product to play a role in supporting the product; and meanwhile parts of movable mold inserts in a movable mold are separated from the product, and the rest of movable mold inserts make contact with the product to play a role in supporting the product; and secondly, the rest of fixed mold inserts in the fixed mold are separated from the product, and meanwhile the reset of movable mold inserts in the movable mold are separated from the product. Due to the fact that parts of the fixed mold inserts inside the fixed mold are separated from the product, parts of the movable mold inserts in the movable mold are separated from the product, the rest of the fixed mold inserts make contact with the product to play the role in supporting the product, the rest of the movable mold inserts make contact with the product to play the role in supporting the product, the stability of the product in the demolding process is improved, and the demolding precision of the product is guaranteed.
