Production method of die

The invention discloses a production method of a die, which comprises following steps: 1) forming an optical pattern on an acrylic board with a laser machine; 2) cleaning the acrylic board with the pattern formed, uniformly coating the upper end of the acrylic board by a resin layer and coating a single-surface coating PET film; 3) performing press-printing with a soft film machine; 4) performing primary UV irradiation and then removing the single-surface coating PET film to obtain the die; and 5) performing secondary UV irradiation to the die with the pattern on the die being arranged upwardly, performing examination to find whether the die has bubbles, foreign matters and dot falling phenomenon or not, and using the die if the die is qualified. The production method is simple and is low in cost.
