Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a wet-spraying sand material doped with carbon nanofibres and used for pump body casting processing, and relates to the technical field of wet-spraying processing. The wet-spraying sand material is composed of, by mass, 90-100 parts of quartz sand, 15-20 parts of bentonite, 5-8 parts of carbon nanofibres, 12-15 parts of river sand, 10-13 parts of sea-foam stone powder, 6-9 parts of alumdum, 5-8 parts of putty powder, 3-5 parts of cement, 1-2 parts of tallow amine, 0.5-1 part of zinc carbonate, 25-30 parts of ethyl alcohol and 280-300 parts of water. According to the wet-spraying sand material, the carbon nanofibres are used for modifying the bentonite, and thus the overall performance of the sand material can be better improved; the obtained sand material can be used for wet-spraying treatment of pump body castings directly, hence, the roughness of the surfaces of the castings is lowered, oxide skin, rust, oil stains and other impurities on the surfaces of the castings are removed, and subsequent coating spraying and pump assembling are facilitated.
