The machining method comprises the steps that tools are installed, and the tools are installed on a workpiece and adjusted; upper roll shafts are erected through V-shaped iron at the two ends, and a dial indicator is pulled by 90 degrees in the two directions for calibration; a stator disk I is installed, a 36P9 key groove is machined on the center line, the upper roll shafts are rotated, and a 36P9 key groove with the included angle of 120 degrees in the other direction is machined; a stator disk II is adjusted and installed accurately, 56P9 key grooves on other two center lines are machined according to the previous steps.
