Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a pressing-in device of a crankshaft belt pulley. The pressing-in device comprises an oil cylinder, a pull rod, a hand wheel, a screw and a bearing disc, wherein the oil cylinder is provided with a hollow piston rod, the pull rod can penetrate into the hollow piston rod in a coaxial and relative rotating mode, the hand wheel is fixed to one end of the pull rod, one end of the screw is connected with the other end of the pull rod, the other end of the screw is provided with an outer thread which is matched with a small-head screw hole of a crankshaft in a screwed mode, and the bearing disc is installed on the periphery of the hollow piston rod in a sleeving mode and is tightly fixed with an end cover of the oil cylinder. According to the pressing-in device of the crankshaft belt pulley, the hollow piston rod is adopted so that coaxial and relative rotation of the screw and the piston rod can be achieved, the pull rod can advance, retreat and rotate, and a cross drive device and a coupler are omitted; a magnetic locking ring is adopted so that fast screwing and loosening prevention between the screw and the pull rod can be achieved, manufacturing is easy, operation is easy and convenient, maintenance is convenient, equipment investment can be saved, and the assembly efficiency can be improved. |
