Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for applying a conducting polymer composite electrode to electro-discharge machining, and belongs to the technical field of non-traditional machining. Conducting packing materials are evenly dispersed into a polymer base body; a conducting polymer part is obtained through a compression molding method, and surface degreasing and surface electroplating are carried out on the conducting polymer part, so that the conducting polymer composite electrode is manufactured; the conducting polymer composite electrode is used for electro-discharge machining. The method for applying the conducting polymer composite electrode to electro-discharge machining has the benefits and effects that as the conducting polymer has the two properties of easy formation of high-polymer materials and easy conduction of metal materials, the composite electrode obtained through electroplating treatment has high conductivity and corrosion resistance and can be used for carrying out electro-discharge machining on a metal structure in a complex shape. |
