Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of precise part machining, in particular to a machining and detecting device for elastic and flexible parts. The machining and detecting device comprises a movable part which is provided with a workpiece clamping mechanism, an electrode clamping mechanism and a detecting mechanism. The workpiece clamping mechanism is used for clamping a workpiece. The electrode clamping mechanism is used for clamping an electrode. The electrode can generate electric sparks and conduct electric spark machining on the workpiece. The detecting mechanism detects rigidity indexes of the workpiece where electric spark machining is conducted online. The machining and detecting device for the elastic and flexible parts can machine the elastic parts and can machine the flexible parts as well; and meanwhile the functions of machining the parts and monitoring rigidity of the parts online are achieved, and the machining efficiency is improved.
