The coating device comprises a coating thickness detection part and a regulation part. The coating thickness detection part is configured to detect the distance to the surface of the workpiece or a distance to the surface of the binder of the workpiece through employing sensors arranged at the upstream side and the downstream side of a coating nozzle, and is configured to detect the coating thickness of the binder based on the distance to coating the surface of the workpiece through employing the sensor at the downstream side and the distance to coating the surface of the binder of the workpiece through employing the sensor at the upstream side, when coating of the binder is performed through employing the relative movement with respect to a coating nozzle via a platform. The regulation part is configured to reverse the relative movement directions of the platform and the coating nozzle, and the thickness of the binder which is overlapping coated with the binder with a detected coating thickness based on the coating thickness of the binder detected by the coating thickness detection part.
