Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a desliming method used in fine cassiterite beneficiation, and relates to the technical field of beneficiation. The method includes the steps that a hydrocyclone is adopted for performing first-stage grading and desliming on ore pulp; settling sand generated after first-stage grading is conveyed into a stirring drum used before flotation, and overflow generated after first-stage grading is conveyed into a thick slime bucket to be subjected to second-stage grading and desliming; and settling sand generated after second-stage grading is conveyed into the stirring drum, and overflow generated after second-stage grading is discarded as tailings. Compared with the prior art, due to the fact that the hydrocyclone is adopted for performing first-stage grading and desliming on the ore pulp before flotation, and the thick slime bucket is adopted for performing second-stage grading and desliming on the ore pulp, the particle size of the ore pulp reaches an ideal value needed by flotation, good conditions are provided for flotation, and the flotation effect is improved; due to the fact that the slime content of the ore pulp to be subjected to flotation is reduced, the flotation operation recovery rate can be increased by 5%; and due to the fact that the content of particle-grade minerals is reduced, the consumption of agents needed by flotation can be reduced by about15%.
