Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a wear-resisting MTO catalyst. The method comprises the steps that an ammonium pyrophosphate or hexamethylphosphoric acid triamide dispersing agent is added, and MTO catalyst fine powder is added to levigate molecular sieve slurry till the granule diameter D50 is smaller than or equal to 5 microns; then a carrier and a binding agent are added, spray drying granulation and calcination through a calcinator are conducted at a lower temperature, and the wear-resisting MTO catalyst is obtained; a heat source of a spray drying tower comes from recycled hot air of a combustion chamber of the rotary calcinator. According to the preparation method, the MTO catalyst with a high globular degree and a strong wear-resisting property can be obtained, useless components with the granule diameter ranging from 0 to 20 microns are effectively reduced, and the synthesized MTO catalyst is even in granule diameter and larger in granule and has higher selectivity for MTO reactions.
