Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to chemical fertilizer production equipment and particularly relates to a lifting type rolling granulator. The lifting type rolling granulator comprises a shell body, a sieve plate, a rotary shaft, a roller frame and rollers, wherein the sieve plate is fixedly mounted in the internal chamber of the shell body, the rotary shaft is mounted at the center of the sieve plate, the roller frame is fixedly connected onto the rotary shaft, and the rollers are mounted on the roller frame through bearings; a cover plate is arranged at the upper end of the shell body, a bottom plate is arranged at the lower end of the shell body, the sieve plate is horizontally arranged, sieve meshes are formed in the sieve plate, the rotary shaft is in transmission connection with a driving motor, the upper end of the rotary shaft is rotatably connected onto the cover plate through a bearing, the lower end of the rotary shaft is rotatably connected onto the bottom plate through a bearing, a shaft tube is fixedly arranged in the internal chamber of the shell body between the sieve plate and the bottom plate, the lower end of the rotary shaft is arranged in the internal chamber of the shaft tube, helical fins are arranged on the rotary shaft located in the internal chamber of the shaft tube, and a through hole is formed in the tube wall of the lower end of the shaft tube and communicates with a charging pipe; and a flow guiding plate which is arranged obliquely is located below the sieve plate and in the internal chamber of the shell body, and a discharging opening is correspondingly formed in the lower end of the flow guiding plate. The lifting type rolling granulator is compact in structure, closed in operation, high in efficiency and low in pollution.
