The ultra-fine dry powder fire-extinguishment agents serve as the fire-extinguishment media, the internal gas generating agents are ignited through a thermo-sensitive line connected with the outer layer, and high-pressure gas mainly containing nitrogen is rapidly generated to spray the ultra-fine dry powder fire-extinguishment agents into air to form an evenly distributed aerosol system, so that fire is extinguished in a full-covering mode. The dispersibility and dispersivity are good, and the fire-extinguishment efficiency is high. The generated fire-extinguishment agent aerosol is called cold aerosol fire-extinguishment agents in the fire fighting field.
