Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a health care product which contains Se-enriched cordyceps and is capable of assisting in blood sugar level regulation. The health care product is characterized by being prepared from, by weight, 8-12 parts of the Se-enriched cordyceps, 10-14 parts of cinnamon, 1-2 parts of folium mori, 8-12 parts of polygonatum kingianum, 6-10 parts of cyclocarya paliurus, and 8-10 parts of auxiliary material, wherein the Se-enriched cordyceps is in the form of ultra-micro powder, the cinnamon, the folium mori, the polygonatum kingianum and the cyclocarya paliurus are in the form of extracted powder, and the auxiliary material is isomaltulose or A-K sugar. All the raw materials are mixed, granulated, dried, pressed into tablets, coated and packaged to be 0.5 g/piece. The health care product has the advantage that all the raw materials adopted in the formula are new resource food raw materials or raw materials specified as medicine as well as food by the Ministry of Health, and therefore no side effect is caused.
