Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides quinoa protein drinks and a making method thereof. The quinoa protein drinks are mainly made from, by mass, 90-95 parts of water, 3-7 parts of quinoa protein, 1-2 parts of maltodextrin, 1-2 parts of sweetening agents, 0.2-0.6 part of coconut oil, 0.1-0.4 part of mineral salts, 0.1-0.4 part of acidity regulator and 0.1-0.5 part of vegetable gelatin. The making method includes the steps that all the raw materials are evenly mixed and heated, and the quinoa protein drinks can be obtained after homogeneous processing, hot filling, sterilization and cooling are sequentially conducted. The quinoa protein drinks obtained through the method taste unique and fragrant and sweet, purely natural, complete in nutritious ingredient, rich in various kinds of amino acid and microelements, more beneficial to absorption of human beings, convenient to carry and suitable for both the old and the young.
