Method for establishing mango stem aseptic strain system

The invention discloses a method for establishing a mango stem aseptic strain system, and relates to the field of plant tissue culture. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) scissoring mango twigs and stems, and pretreating the mango twigs and stems as explants; 2) sterilizing; 3) inoculating; 4) carrying out incandescent light culture; 5) carrying out secondary sterilization; and 6) obtaining regenerated plants. According to the method, a conventional mode of obtaining mango regenerated plants by somatic embryogenesis is broken through; excellent characteristics of a mother plant can be inherited to obtain a great number of mango tissue culture seedlings; and germ-free shoots are induced by mango stem culture, so that intermediate propagation effect is achieved.
