Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a machine tool, comprising: a spindle head provided with a tool for processing a basic material; a column provided with the spindle head at the front thereof and moving the spindle head upward and downward; a saddle provided with the column at the upper side thereof and moving the column forward and backward; a transfer unit provided with the saddle at the upper side thereof and moving the saddle left and right; a table provided at the upper side of the transfer unit and on which the basic material to be processed by the spindle head is provided; and a covering device for shielding a non-processing region including the column, the saddle, and the transfer unit from a processing region including the spindle head and the table.
