Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a rotor of a permanent magnet brushless DC motor, and includes a rotating shaft (1), a rotor punching sheet group (2) and magnetic steel (3). The rotating shaft (1) has knurls, the rotor punching sheet group (2) adopts integrally slotless punching sheets, the rotor punching sheet group (2) is pressed in the rotating shaft (1) and is limited in position by the knurls, the magnetic steel (3) is of an annular integral structure and is made of sintered Nd-Fe-B material, a gap exists between the rotor punching sheet group (2) and the magnetic steel (3) and is filled with glue, so that the magnetic steel (3) is bonded to an outer side of the rotor punching sheet (2), integral magnetizing and radial inclined magnetizing are performed on the magnetic steel (3), and the magnetic steel (3) after magnetizing has eight poles in total and N poles and S poles are alternately arranged. The rotor is simple in structure, assembling without magnetism can be realized, assembling technology is simple, manpower is saved, and production efficiency is substantially improved; power density is high, and the overall size of a motor can be reduced; and since radial inclined magnetizing is adopted, skewed poles of the rotor can be realized, thereby reducing cogging torque and torque pulsation of the motor. |
