The micro mutual inductor comprises a plastic part, a heat shrink tube, a primary current line, an iron core wound with a secondary current coil, and a column key with a plummer block. The iron core wound with the secondary current coil is of an axially hollow cylinder structure. The cross section of the iron core wound with the secondary current coil is of a circular ring shape. The column key with the plummer block is assembled with the plastic part, the heat shrink tube, the primary current line and the iron core wound with the secondary current coil. According to the micro mutual inductor and the packaging manufacturing method thereof, the column key with the plummer block formed by pressing rubber or silicone rubber supports and stabilizes the primary current line, and the column key with the plummer block is assembled and tightly fitted with the plastic part, the primary current line and the iron core wound with the secondary current coil. Compared with the prior art, the micro mutual inductor has the advantages of a simple structure and a simplified manufacturing process, can be packaged and manufactured rapidly, and has a stable insulation property and reliable quality.
