Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a cross-border store-to-store distribution management system and a cross-border store-to-store distribution method. The system includes a domestic information management platform, a multimedia machine, a cash register with a cross-border information integration platform. The multimedia machine is provided with the cash register in a store within the cross-border information integration platform and the information management within the offshore platform and information management platform to establish connections respectively. The multimedia machine for receiving input data according to its cross-border mailing print out cross-border mailing of documents with barcode; the cash register reads the cross-border mailing of documents and transmit the barcode information corresponding to the territory of Information Management Platform ; the cross-border integration platform for the integration of information management within and outside payment, information management and cargo management.
