Control system of magnetic random access memory of remote-sensing camera

A control system of a magnetic random access memory (MRAM) of a remote-sensing camera is disclosed. According to the control system, a configuration instruction is sent through an upper computer, a control signal needed for controlling the MRAM is generated through an MRAM operation configuration information analyzer, an MRAM address generator, a PROM data reading module and an MRAM time sequence controller, and target data in a PROM is accurately written into the external MRAM; and the data in the MRAM is accurately read. Reading and writing operations of all memory space in the MRAM are finished; the traversal space is 8M*32bit in size; inspection whether bad areas exist in all the memory space of the MRAM is realized and whether the data written in the MRAM is correct is finished; and the control system has the advantages of low power consumption, high integration, high capacity, good radiation resistance and high reliability.
