Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a ray detector (200) that comprises light-reflecting material (240), a photodetection element (220) and an imaging element (250) adjacent to the photodetection element. Typically, the epoxy resin is used as the light-reflecting material. According to the invention, the tough bending resin can be used as the photodetection element. Therefore, the thermal stress inside the ray detector is reduced, and the risk of layering because of change like temperature is reduced. Besides, the tough bending resin has a low refractive index, and the scattering coefficient of the resin can be increased compared with the epoxy resin having a 1.58 refractive index. Therefore, to optical crosstalk that has given grade, compared with the layer thickness of the epoxy resin, the layer thickness of the resin that has a low refractive index can be reduced. The selected resins are silicone resin and thermoplastic fluorine containing polymer resin. |
