Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a self-coupling ultrasonic detection probe device for a pipeline. The self-coupling ultrasonic detection probe device comprises a supporting part and a rolling part, wherein the supporting part comprises a probe, a limiting nut, a shell and a spring, wherein the probe is mounted in the shell; a thread is formed at the outer side of the upper part of the probe; the limiting nut is mounted at the outer side of the thread in a matched manner; the spring is mounted between the lower part of the probe and the interior of the shell; the rolling part comprises a roller, shafts, connection rods and fastening screws; the shafts penetrate through the roller and are assembled at one ends of the connection rods; the other ends of the connection rods are assembled on the shell through the fastening screws; the probe is connected with an ultrasonic detector through a wire. According to the self-coupling ultrasonic detection probe device for the pipeline, the spring is arranged between the probe and the shell and the probe is uniformly and stably stressed, so that phenomena of detection omission and poor coupling effect which are caused by non-uniform stress are avoided; during detection, water absorbed in the roller is extruded out to wet the surface of a detected pipeline and discharge air between the probe and the surface of the detected pipeline; therefore, the coupling effect is enhanced, the operation is more convenient, and the detection accuracy is improved.
