Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an NI data acquisition card based two-phase flow grid sensor measurement method. The measurement device includes an electrical conductivity-type grid sensor placed inside a pipe to be measured, a multi-channel analog switch, a conditioning circuit, an NI data acquisition card, a microcontroller and an upper monitor. The electrical conductivity-type grid includes two layers of stainless steel wires respectively located in two mutually parallel planes, metal wires in the same layer are parallel arranged at equal interval; metal wire layers in different layers are mutually perpendicular to form a grid structure. Excitation electrodes grounded in turn, so that the NI data acquisition card works in an external trigger mode; and each collected voltage signal reflects the fluid information at corresponding crossing point. The invention has the advantages of high sensitivity.
