Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a natural gas crucible furnace for flue gas waste heat recovery. The natural gas crucible furnace comprises a furnace body and is characterized in that a circle of flue gas flow tube is arranged in a hearth, and at least one circle of air heat exchange tube is coaxially arranged in the flue gas flow tube; a flue gas flow channel is formed between the outer wall of the air heat exchange tube and the inner wall of the flue gas flow tube, and an enclosed combustion-supporting air preheating chamber is arranged between the furnace body and a chimney; a circle of flue gas exhaust tube is longitudinally arranged in the combustion-supporting air preheating chamber, and air preheating flow channels are formed between the outer wall of the flue gas exhaust tube and the inner wall of the combustion-supporting air preheating chamber and in the middle hollow chamber of the flue gas exhaust tube; an air blower is arranged at the bottom of each air preheating flow channel, and the air outlet of each air preheating flow channel is communicated with the air inlet of the air heat exchange tube; the air heat exchange tube is communicated with the air inlet of a burner; the flue gas inlet of the flue gas flow channel is communicated with the smoke exhaust opening of the burner, and the flue gas outlet of the flue gas flow channel is communicated with the chimney through the flue gas exhaust tube.
