Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an air conditioning unit. Ceiling radiation heat exchangers and floor radiation heat exchangers are arranged in the air conditioning unit. The ceiling radiation heat exchangers and the floor radiation heat exchangers are made to work at different times by controlling connection and disconnection of a ceiling radiation heat exchange branch and a floor radiation heat exchange branch through a control device so that noise generated by a draught fan and valves in a fan coil can be eliminated effectively, and zero-noise refrigerating or heating can be achieved; and a bottom-up step-variable temperature field is formed in a room, so that people feel comfortable because the soles of feet are warmed firstly and the heads are moderate in temperature. Due to the fact that a radiation heat exchange method is adopted, the heat exchange efficiency of the radiation heat exchange method is far higher than that of heat convection in a traditional method. Meanwhile, due to the facts that the water temperature required during heating is lower than that of traditional air conditioner heating water, and the water temperature required during cooling is higher than that of traditional air conditioner cooling water, the condensation temperature is lowered when the air conditioning unit operates for heating in winter, the evaporation temperature rises when the air conditioning unit operates for cooling in summer, and the comprehensive energy efficiency of the air conditioning unit is improved accordingly.
