Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel high-pressure two-position two-way right-angle straight-through type mechanical pneumatic control valve. The novel high-pressure two-position two-way right-angle straight-through type mechanical pneumatic control valve comprises a pneumatic control valve body, a shaft cylinder arranged in the pneumatic control valve body, a valve shaft which is installed in the shaft cylinder and can move left and right in the shaft cylinder, a top shaft rolling bearing for driving the valve shaft and a piston assembly; and the top shaft rolling bearing is connected with the valve shaft, an air inlet valve opening is arranged on one side of the pneumatic control valve body, an air outlet valve opening is arranged at one end of the pneumatic control valve body, and the air inlet valve opening and the air outlet valve opening are communicated with the shaft cylinder. The right-angle straight-through type mechanical pneumatic control valve can be used in a manual or mechanical control manner, an air pushing control mode is used in a matched manner to enable the valve shaft to do reciprocated work, and therefore the pneumatic control valve is controlled to be opened and closed. According to the novel high-pressure two-position two-way right-angle straight-through type mechanical pneumatic control valve, circumferential sealing and vertical touch sealing of a valve shaft of an old traditional pneumatic control valve are changed, an air inlet and an air outlet are staggered to form a zigzag air passage, the air passage space is small, the prominent problems of air blocking, flow reduction, poor durability and the like are solved, and the problem that sealing of the air inlet and the air outlet of the pneumatic control valve between shaft holes at same hole positions is difficult to achieve is solved. |
