Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a power box of a shale oil and gas fracturing pump. The power box is composed of a parallel-axis herringbone gear transmission mechanism (1), a planet gear transmission mechanism (2) and an output mechanism (3), wherein the parallel-axis herringbone gear transmission shaft (1), the planet gear transmission mechanism (2) and the output mechanism (3) are connected with one another. An input gear shaft (1-6) and a driven gear shaft (1-4) in the parallel-axis herringbone gear transmission mechanism (1) are herringbone gears. One end of an inner gear ring (2-1) in the planet gear transmission mechanism (2) is connected with a case (1-8); one end of a sun gear (2-8) in the planet gear transmission mechanism (2) is connected with the driven gear shaft (1-4); a planet carrier (2-7) in the planet gear transmission mechanism (2) is of a double-side-plate structure, and inner teeth are machined on one side. One end of a flange plate (3-1) in the output mechanism (3) is connected with the inner gear ring (2-1), and the other end of the flange plate (3-1) is connected with a fracturing pump shell; an output flange (3-2) in the output mechanism (3) and a fracturing pump crankshaft are connected to form a torque output end, and the output flange (3-2) and the planet carrier (2-7) are connected through a connecting gear shaft (3-3). The power box can bear larger loads and impact and is high in transmission efficiency, compact in structure, low in weight and capable of being conveniently installed on a vehicle. |
