The speed changing box comprises two shell bodies which are oppositely connected. A bearing pedestal is arranged at the front ends of the shell bodies. A bearing pedestal is arranged at the rear ends of the shell bodies. A driving worm is arranged between the two bearing pedestals in a penetrating manner. The rear end of the driving worm stretches out of the shell bodies and is provided with a driving input end connected with the engine. The front end of the driving worm stretches out of the shell bodies and serves as a front operation output shaft. The driving worm is provided with driving spiral teeth. The driving spiral teeth are connected with a driven gear in a meshed manner. The two ends of a rotating shaft of the driven gear extend out of the two sides outside the shell bodies respectively to serve as side operation output shafts. The power of the speed changing box is directly transmitted, output power is sufficient, the overall structure of the countryside managing machine can be simplified easily, and meanwhile the micro countryside managing machine adapts to various cultivation operations due to multi-direction output arrangement.
