Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an acoustically-driven micro pump. The pump comprises a pump body lower piece, a drive ring, a rotor base, a rotor, a rotor upper piece, a pump body upper piece and a drive base. The pump body lower piece is installed at the bottom of the drive ring. The pump body lower piece and the drive ring are installed in the drive base. The rotor base is installed in the center of the pump body lower piece. The rotor is installed in a rotor cavity in the top of the rotor base, the rotor cavity is covered and sealed through the rotor upper piece, and the drive ring is installed on the pump body upper piece and serves as a top cover of the pump. A piezoelectric plate is driven by high-order Bessel signals, a synthetic sound field is used for driving the rotor in the rotor cavity to rotate, and precise control of microfluid flow and flow speed and two-way flow control of microfluid are achieved.
