Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a coking simulation test device and method for a diesel engine oil nozzle. A pressure control unit of the test device is communicated with an oil storage tank through an oil-gas pipe; the oil storage tank is communicated with an oil injector assembly unit through an oil-gas pipe; a computer control unit controls setting of test parameters of the oil injector assembly unit through an electric actuating mechanism. The simulation test method includes the steps of test oil injection, test parameter setting and test result output after testing. The coking simulation test device and method have the beneficial effects that evaluation on commercially available light diesel oil basically achieves discrimination, significance, reproducibility and relevance by evaluating the tendency of sediments generated on the diesel engine oil nozzle by light diesel oil; the device and method can be widely applied to the fields of monitoring, supervision and inspection, and can detect relative indexes of products rapidly and accurately, the detection speed is high, and the maintenance cost is low. The coking simulation test device and method have definite significance on standardizing the quality of diesel oil on the diesel oil market and emission of diesel vehicles, and unqualified diesel oil can not circulate.
