Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the underground mine filling and exploitation field, and relates to a damaged filling drill hole repairing and utilization method. The method of the present invention carries out the segment repair on a damaged deep drill hole, and utilizes an eccentric guide device and a substitution method to repair a deflective drill hole, and utilizes a correction drilling tool to correct the local part of the drill hole and then repair, thereby avoiding the problem that the filling drill hole can not be utilized again after being worn, and realizing the filing drill hole non-coupling repeated repair purpose.
