Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a complete set of primers for assistant identification of rape intro-gression generation C genome and application thereof. The complete set of primers comprise a primer pair 1, a primer pair 2, a primer pair 3, a primer pair 4, a primer pair 5, a primer pair 6 and a primer pair 7. The experimental results show that: the seven pairs of primers can be used to identify whether a rape intro-gression descendant contains C genome, and has the advantages of being accurate, fast, stable, simple in operation, low in cost, and the like, a convenient and simple technology platform for rape intro-gression system quick monitoring and safety evaluation system, rape variety breeding and raphanus raphanistrum prevention is provided, and application prospect is good.
