Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a treatment method of organic nitrogen containing waste lye generated in the liquid hydrocarbon refining process. The treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) removing oil through air floatation to remove oils entrained in the waste lye; (2) carrying out high temperature wet oxidation treatment on the waste lye subjected to oil removal; (3) carrying out gas-liquid separation on the waste lye subjected to wet oxidation; (4) adding sodium hydroxide to the waste lye to adjust the alkali concentration; (5) adding calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide to the waste lye to carry out causticization treatment; (6) carrying out evaporation concentration on the waste lye subjected to causticization treatment, recovering precipitated sodium sulfate and reusing a generated high-concentration sodium hydroxide solution in the step (4) and/or an upstream alkaline washing tower. By adopting the method, COD (chemical oxygen demand), sulfides and organic nitrogen in the waste lye of liquid hydrocarbon can be efficiently removed, sodium carbonate and sodium sulfate can be respectively recovered and the generated high-concentration sodium hydroxide solution can be also reused, thus achieving zero discharge of the waste lye of liquid hydrocarbon.
