Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a regeneration method for chemical waste liquid generated by removal of a precision casting ceramic core through strong alkali corrosion technique. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: (1) spreading an acidic reagent into chemical waste liquid generated by removal of a precision casting ceramic core through strong alkali corrosion technique under stirring; (2) at the end of the acidic reagent adding, further performing stirring for 1-2h; (3) standing the waste liquid for 6-8h; and (4) filtering the waste liquid, and recovering the filtrate and the precipitated mud respectively. According to the invention, the chemical waste liquid generated by removal of the precision casting ceramic core through corrosion technique is neutralized moderately, and after filtration, the obtained filtrate can be used for preparation of the strong alkali corrosion liquid for ceramic core removal and also can be sold directly as alkali liquor, thus turning waste into treasure, realizing recycling of the chemical waste liquid generated by ceramic core removal through strong alkali corrosion technique, preventing pollution of the water and land resources environment, avoiding people and livestock poisoning, and achieving the effect of zero emission. |
